Video Conferencing: Meet, Teams, Zoom, and Phone Handled Per Meeting

Sarra attaches a join link that matches the meeting format. Google Meet links are generated by Google Calendar when the event is created on a Google connection. Microsoft Teams links are created live through Microsoft Graph, but only for work or school Microsoft 365 accounts; personal Microsoft accounts fall back to a link you save in Settings. There is no Zoom account integration: Sarra inserts the static personal Zoom room URL you configure.

Set a preferred meeting platform in settings, or override it on a specific meeting type or in the email itself.

Google Meet links are generated by Google Calendar when the event is created on a Google connection.

Microsoft Teams links are created live through Microsoft Graph for work and school accounts, returning a real join URL.

Zoom uses the personal room or meeting URL you store in settings, inserted into the invite.

Phone meetings use the number you have configured rather than a video link.

The resulting link is placed in both the calendar event and the confirmation email.
