Group Scheduling: Run an Email Availability Poll Across Several People

Group scheduling is an email availability poll, not a live intersection of everyone's calendars. Sarra reads the host's connected calendar, shortlists open windows, emails each guest separately, and records each reply as a vote. When enough votes land she books the best-supported slot. Sarra never reads guest calendars, and there is no public voting page. Group scheduling requires Gold, which allows up to 5 external participants, or Platinum, which allows up to 10.

More than one guest on the thread switches Sarra into an email availability poll.

CC Sarra on a thread with two or more external participants. She detects the group automatically, there is no separate mode to turn on.

Sarra counts the external participants and switches the meeting into polling mode.

She proposes a shortlist of three windows drawn from the host's open calendar time.

Each guest is emailed and their reply is recorded as a vote, with duplicate votes from the same person ignored.

If no single window clears, she falls back to asking participants which days work at all.

Once a time carries, she books it and sends one invite covering everyone.
