Follow-up Nudges: Polite Chasing So You Don't Have To
If a participant goes quiet, Sarra sends her own follow-up on the thread and closes the request out cleanly if nobody ever replies. These are scheduling nudges during coordination, not reminders before a confirmed meeting; Sarra has no per-meeting reminder setting on any plan. Free is fixed at one nudge every two days. Silver, Gold, and Platinum let you configure the count and spacing, globally or per meeting type.
Automatic, capped follow-ups when a participant goes quiet, with a clean 14-day close-out.
Automatic on any pending scheduling thread. Turn it off entirely, or change the count and spacing, in settings.
Sarra waits for a configurable delay after the last message before the first nudge.
Each nudge is a short, polite reply on the existing thread rather than a new email.
Follow-ups stop as soon as the participant replies or the meeting is booked.
Group polls track nudges per participant, so people who have already voted are left alone.
If nothing lands within 14 days, the request expires and Sarra tells the host it has closed.
