Rescheduling: Move a Meeting by Replying to the Thread
Anyone on the thread can ask to move a confirmed meeting in plain language, for example "can we push this to Thursday?". Sarra recognises the request, finds fresh times against the host's connected calendar, agrees one with the other side, then updates the existing calendar event rather than creating a second one. Everyone on the meeting is told in the same thread.
Ask to move it in the thread; Sarra re-proposes and updates the existing event.
Reply to the meeting's email thread asking to move it, "can we push this to Thursday?" is enough.
Sarra recognises the reschedule intent from the wording of the reply.
She checks current availability and proposes new options on the same thread.
For a group meeting, all participants are re-polled rather than just the person who asked.
Once a new time is agreed, the original calendar event is updated in place so nobody loses the invite.
Everyone on the thread is told the new time in the same conversation.
