Calendar Availability: What Sarra Reads Before Proposing a Time

Sarra reads the host's connected calendar(s) on demand, using each provider's free/busy service, and proposes only slots that are genuinely open. On Free, that's one calendar. On Silver and above, you can connect a second calendar (any mix of Google and Microsoft, including two of the same provider) and Sarra reads both, merging busy time across them so a conflict on either one blocks a proposal. New meetings are written to whichever calendar you've marked as work. She never reads a guest's calendar. If a connection's authorisation lapses, availability reads stop until you reconnect.

Connect Google Calendar or Outlook once during onboarding. Every proposal after that is checked against it automatically. Connect a second calendar any time from Settings on Silver and above.

Sarra enumerates the events on every calendar you've connected for the window she is considering.

Cancelled events, and Outlook events you have marked as free, are ignored.

Only calendars you own are queried, subscribed and shared calendars are deliberately excluded.

Remaining open time is filtered by your working hours, minimum notice, and buffer settings.

The surviving slots become the options in her reply: up to five for a one-to-one, three for a group.
