Email Scheduling: CC Sarra and She Takes Over the Thread
Email scheduling means copying meet@sarra.ai into the To or Cc field of a real email thread. Sarra treats the sender as the host, reads the other To and Cc addresses as participants, checks the host's connected Google or Microsoft calendar, and replies in the same thread with concrete times. She keeps handling replies until a time is agreed, then books it. The host needs a Sarra account and a connected calendar; guests need neither.
CC meet@sarra.ai on a real email thread and Sarra coordinates the meeting from there.
Add meet@sarra.ai to the To or Cc field of an email that already includes the people you want to meet, and say what you want in plain language.
Sarra reads the message and treats the sender as the meeting host.
Everyone else on To and Cc, apart from Sarra's own addresses, becomes a participant.
She works out the intent, duration, and any timing constraints from the wording of the message.
She checks the host's connected calendar for open time and replies in the same thread with concrete options.
She keeps handling replies on that thread until a time is agreed, then books it and sends the invite.
