Proposed times come from your working hours, your time zone, and the busy blocks on your connected calendar. Wrong slots usually mean the profile time zone is wrong, working hours are still at their defaults, Sarra is reading a different calendar account than you expect, or the connection has stopped returning busy data and she is falling back to your raw hours.
