How to Use Meeting Types

A meeting type is a saved preset with its own duration, format, meeting link, buffers, and follow-up cadence. Create one in Settings, give it a trigger phrase, and Sarra applies it when that phrase appears in an email. Each type also has its own booking URL. Plans cap how many you can save.
