How Scheduling Follow-Ups Work

When a participant goes quiet on a pending scheduling thread, Sarra sends a short polite nudge as a reply on that same thread. Follow-ups stop as soon as the person replies or the meeting is booked, and the request closes out after 14 days. Free is fixed at one nudge; paid plans can configure count and spacing.
