How to Pause Sarra

Pausing stops Sarra replying to scheduling email and sending follow-ups, while leaving your account, plan, calendar connection, and existing confirmed meetings untouched. Turn it on and off from the dashboard. Requests received while paused are not answered retroactively.

Stop her acting on email without cancelling anything.
