Sarra replies on the thread within a few minutes. If nothing arrives, check in this order: her address is on To or Cc rather than Bcc, the sending account is a registered Sarra user with a connected calendar, Sarra is not paused, your monthly meeting allowance is not exhausted, and at least one other person is on To or Cc.
