Sarra reads your connected calendar(s) on demand each time she needs to propose or check a slot. She looks at events on calendars you own across a rolling 14-day forward window, ignores cancelled events and Outlook events marked free, then filters what is left by your working hours, minimum notice, and buffers. On Silver and above, with two calendars connected, both are read and merged into one busy-time picture.
